Our professionally designed and furnished home features 2800+ sqft with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This spacious home can accommodate up to 14 guests but we think the perfect group size is 10-12. Our home’s versatile design is perfect for a group of friends, couples, or families. You can enjoy delicious local restaurants or stay put for a home-cooked meal. Our kitchen is fully stocked with essential utensils, cookware, and spices. Downstairs you’ll find a kitchenette and our home theater system equipped with a 65” UHD SmartTV and 7.2 surround sound. The fun doesn’t stop there with wall-to-wall games (literally), more than a dozen board games, and a ping pong table. To ensure a safe and child-friendly environment, we provide amenities such as a Pack n' Play, baby booster seat, safety gate, step stools, kid-friendly BHA-free plastic dishes (dishwasher safe), and night lights, catering to the needs of your little ones. Despite all the great amenities inside the home, we love the outdoor space even more. Surrounded by views of the mountains, step under our gazebo to lounge on the hanging basket chairs or take a nap while your family and friends play corn hole and soccer. Our garage comfortably fits 2 cars and we have a side port parking spot that can comfortably fit RVs, Trailers, Boats, and ATVs/other off-road vehicles. Our ultimate goal is to help you relax and get away from the hustle-and-bustle, but we understand the need to stay in touch. Our home is equipped with Gigabit internet (1000mbps) and a high-speed router to provide excellent coverage. However, depending on your devices’ age and compatibility, your speeds may vary. If you need to clean your clothes, we have a family-sized top-loading washer and dryer on the first floor with an ample supply of detergent and dryer sheets. Stainless steel dog water/food bowls are provided. Dog towels are also provided to dry off your pet when coming into the home after a fun day outside. Guest access While you’re staying at our home, the entire house will be your private oasis. Feel free to explore the entire house with the exception of our two cleaner closets (we’ve gotta keep the refills somewhere!). The garage is accessible from the inside and outside. Other things to note FLEXIBLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY! We take great pride in being conscientious neighbors and request the same of you and your companions. Hence, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, property damage, and cleanliness. Please follow the below rules to ensure the property and neighborhood remains in excellent condition. Pet Policy: 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without our approval. NO PETS ON BEDS/FURNITURE. No exceptions. There will be a fine of $100 if we find excessive pet hair on furniture. Parties/Events Policy: Parties or events are NOT PERMITTED for any reason. If we are alerted to such unauthorize incident, your reservation will be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY without REFUND. Quite Hours Policy: please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking / Vaping Policy: This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Shoe Policy: We are a NO shoes house (don’t worry, we keep it clean). All shoes must be taken off at entry. We strongly recommend bringing a pair of slides/slippers for the backyard. Please help keep our home clean and in great shape for all future guests. It is difficult and time-consuming to clean such stains, therefore, a $50 fee will be charged per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Safety Policy: We do not condone any unsafe activities on premises. Any unsafe activities may result in IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of reservation with NO REFUND. These may activities include, but are not limited to: - Jumping from/over any railing - Jumping from elevated surfaces - Climbing out of bedroom windows onto any surface - Do not exceed the guest count not approved for reservation - No drug use, including marijuana - No alcohol consumption by guests under 21 - No fireworks/hazardous materials - No thefts
