The space A 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that has an open layout, high ceilings, huge living room/dining area, fast Wi-Fi and cable TV & Nest thermostats. The private backyard has a heated pool, spa, outdoor dining & grill. Other things to note Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is until 11:00am. We'd appreciate it if you could stick to these times. HOUSE RULES: No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. No more than 10 people allowed. No loud noise or parties after 10pm. No parking more than 3 cars. There will be an additional fee if you want to heat the jacuzzi or pool. $140 per day Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for the damages that exceed security deposit. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please keep quiet after 10pm.
