Suite 2- Not Pet Friendly

The haus lake placid offers guests a modern adirondack design. Our suites utilize fair-trade or eco-friendly furnishings to provide you with a contemporary and luxurious adirondack accommodation in an historic building. The space This bright, corner, 1 Bedroom Queen Apartment overlooks our quaint mountain village Main Street, with Bandshell Park below, Mirror Lake and the High peaks off to the South side. It has a full, California stainless steel kitchen, large living room with a queen sleeper sofa alcove, large 42'' flatscreen TV and a partial lake view. No balcony. Not Pet Friendly Guest access You will have a full-size apartment to yourself. Other things to note No on-site parking but for additional $12/night we will provide you with a parking permit that allows you to park in 5 different nearby locations within 1-3 min walk from the hotel. OVERSIZED GEAR DAMAGES/LONG STAY SECURITY DEPOSIT: For stays ≥5 nights or Guests without travel bags for skis, snow boards, hockey gear etc., will have to keep gear in vehicle. A Maximum of 2 (TWO) Bicycles are allowed into rooms, (up to 3 (THREE) for suite #10), with a Damages Security Deposit of $300; most guests leave oversized gear in their vehicles. At time of check-in we will put a hold on your funds for the security deposit. After your check-out date and after your room has been inspected twice, we will void the hold on your card. If you would like to pay cash, we will mail you a check as a refund.
