We've cherished this space, and we're excited for you to experience its magic too! 😊 Here's what awaits you: Main floor: Vaulted ceiling family room, spacious living room, sunroom for coffee moments, well-equipped kitchen, dining area (seating for 7), bar with 4 stools, and a cozy seating area by the stone wall fireplace. Pick your favorite spot to savor the lakeviews! Also on this floor are the master bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 full bath, another bedroom with a Queen bed, and a second full bath. Basement: Discover two more bedrooms – a spacious Double Room with a Queen Bed and a single room with a twin bed. This level also includes a 1/2 bathroom, TV/game room, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Need extra beds? There's a Full-size futon on the main floor and a self-inflated heavy-duty air mattress for the basement game room. Kitchen with lake views: Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a complete knife set, dishes, wine glasses, a wine opener, spices, condiments, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, crockpot, coffee maker, grinder and coffee beans, tea, popcorn maker with kernels, a pizza cutter, blender, and a charming charcuterie board. Outdoor relaxation/activities: Unwind in 4 Adirondack chairs by the fire pit, and we've got you covered with 5 camping chairs for extra seating. Enjoy lake adventures with the tandem kayak and 4 life jackets. Savor delicious BBQ using the charcoal grill. Stay productive: A laptop-friendly workstation with a small desk and chair, plus an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Get ready for a wonderful stay full of unforgettable moments at "Sparkles On the Lake!" ***************** Feel at home in the entire house, excluding the locked basement storage area. If you're bringing a boat, let us know in advance. For easy access to the water, a lovely public boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. The water depth at our dock is shallow (approximately 20" as of July), and it may vary in later months. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact water depth during your stay. Enjoy your time by the lake! ***************** Bringing your furry friends along? We gladly welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. Pet approval required before booking, and kindly adhere to our Pet Rules. ***************** Our dedicated cleaning team invests hours of hard work to meticulously clean and sanitize the house after each booking. To fairly compensate their efforts, we include a cleaning fee as a pass-through charge. We apply part of the booking fees to purchase damage protection on guests' behalf so we don't request a security deposit. Certain exclusions apply. Guests must report damages occurred during their stay to benefit from this coverage. NOTE: Copy of photo ID is required to secure the booking. We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions.
