This cabin is a 3 BR 2 BA cabin located at the base of Bluff Mountain and situated on an all paved road convenient to the National Park, Wears Valley and Parkway, the main drag in Pigeon Forge. ★ ★UPPER LEVEL ★ ★ Open loft with futon (opening to full size bed), pool table, board games and foosball. ★ ★MAIN LEVEL ★ ★ Living Room, Full Kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster etc), Dining Room table, stone fireplace, smart TV with 120+ channels, cocktail style arcade game with 60+ games, full bath with double vanity, Bedroom with Queen size bed and twin bed, Deck access with patio furniture, hot tub, complete with wooded views and privacy! ★ ★LOWER LEVEL★ ★ Spacious master with King size bed, adjoining luxurious master bath (jets not operational), TV with 120+ channels, Washer/ Dryer, nook with custom built in bunk beds and office space. This level also offers new flooring, private deck access with patio furniture and swing, surrounded by woods. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: PARKING: Three to four full size vehicles will fit in the private drive in front of the cabin. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic keypad. You will be provided the door code access 4 days prior to arrival. GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. The road is only slightly steep as you near the cabin. Snow and ice are not common in the area, but 4WD or AWD may be necessary in the winter months. OUTDOOR GRILLE: A park style grille is provided for your use. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can and back on the concrete. CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them. CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge. See rental rules for more information.
