Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house, except the shed behind the house and garage. We will send door code the morning of your arrival by 9am MST. The garage stores all of our home equipment we we don't have room to park cars inside garage, however we have a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars. Other things to note This is one of the best location in Colorado. Easy access to I-70 get access to some of the best mountain biking in the front range area, White water rafting, snowmobiling, shoeing, off roading and hiking within a couple of miles and only 15 minutes to Echo Mountain ski resort. 12 miles from Red Rocks amphitheater. We are conveniently located at only a couple of minutes from I-70 in Evergreen so during winter months you will most likely experience snow fall, and with that comes its challenges. Make sure you have snow tires for your vehicle if you are visiting during winter season. We plow the driveway every 5-8 inches of snow. We do not offer refund, discounts or take responsibility due to inclement weather condition. ***There is no smoking or vaping in or around our property, dogs and parties are not allowed*** *we do have Outdoor security cameras.
