The space Welcome to our comfortable three level condo in the Village of Loon, located in the heart of Lincoln, New Hampshire. With about 1100 square feet of space, it is a great home base for skiing, hiking, leaf peeping, and exploring the White Mountains. Families, couples, and small groups will have plenty of room to relax after a day outdoors. Mini split AC units on every level keep the condo cool during the summer months. Two deeded parking spaces make arrivals easy. Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the condo or on the decks. Main Level The main living area features tall ceilings and large windows that bring in great natural light. Relax on the sectional sofa, stream your favorite shows on the Roku smart TV, or unwind by the gas fireplace after a day at Loon Mountain. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside onto the private deck overlooking a peaceful stream. It is a great spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink while enjoying the mountain setting. Upstairs Loft The loft offers additional sleeping space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. It works well for kids, friends, or extra guests. A small desk and chair provide a comfortable place to work remotely if needed. Air conditioning keeps this level comfortable year round. Lower Level The lower level features the primary bedroom with a king bed and access to a small private porch. It is a quiet place to relax after a day exploring the White Mountains. A full bathroom is located nearby and includes a tub and shower along with a washer and dryer for guest use. Entry Level Guests enter through a mudroom with a bench and hooks for coats, boots, and gear. It is especially convenient during ski season or after a day hiking in Franconia Notch. Village of Loon Amenities While the condo does not have a private pool or hot tub, guests have access to the Village of Loon Swim Club. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and a game room. Hours may vary by season. With its convenient location near Loon Mountain and Lincoln’s restaurants, shops, and outdoor attractions, the condo is a great base for enjoying everything the White Mountains have to offer. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and private deck. The space is completely yours during your stay. You will also have access to the Village of Loon Swim Club which includes a pool, hot tub, gym, and game room. Hours vary seasonally and may change throughout the year. Free parking for 2 vehicles is included.
