This split level entire townhouse features two bedrooms (1 primary king bedroom, and an enclosed loft area with 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed), one bathroom downstairs and an open living concept. Located right across the Kanc from the base of Loon Mountain & minutes to endless restaurants, wineries, and breweries. You will also have access to the Village of Loon Swim and Tennis club during your stay. Whatever season you find yourself in Lincoln for, we have it all! We can’t wait to host you! The space is perfect for a family or friends getaway. There are two spacious bedrooms to sleep 6 comfortably. It is split level (there are stairs to enter the home and navigate throughout). The bathroom is on the lower level right next to the primary bedroom with a small attached deck. On the upper level (3rd floor) you will find the enclosed loft area which is the 2nd bedroom with bunk bed and a queen bed. The unit also has a new stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator, as of late July. FYI, the bathroom has 2 entrances, one in the hallway and one into the primary bedroom. This allows easy access for those who are not staying in the primary. Please note, the suggested weight limit on the top bunk bed is 175 lbs. You will have access to the entire unit plus the Village of Loon Swim club amenities are included with this rental. Please note, the hours at the Swim Club vary depending on time of year. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Town of Lincoln is around a 3-5 minute drive. This is where all the restaurants and shops are. The Village of Loon Swim club is a 30 second drive (~5 minute walk) from our unit. There is free mountain shuttle access on weekends during the peak winter season, picking up throughout The Village. Suggested weight capacity on the top bunk is 175lbs
