TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee The space We strive to provide an antidote the noisy hotels and generic condos in town The studio is a cozy private hotel suite sized room with lots of light and total privacy with a splash of art in an ultra safe and quiet neighborhood. Guest access Guests have two parking spots ( more if needed please ask ) private fenced in mini patio/yard for relaxing and a private entrance to the guest suite. self check in ( code will be sent prior to stay ) Other things to note If traveling with DOGS you MUST add that to your reservation as there is a pet fee, If we see unanounced dogs we will charge you the fee during your stay. Sorry but we do not allow CATS, Dog rules: 1. dogs must be crated if leaving them unattended in studio ( we have a medium sized crate but need to know in advance if you need to use ours 2. dogs must be on leash when not in fenced patio, this includes driveway and if walking around neighborhood. The driveway is a shared spave with other guests and ourselves so we cannot have unleashed dogs running around no matter how well behaved they are. 3. you are responsible for picking up dog poop with the provided poop bags and throwing out in the outside trash cans to keep the patio area clean
