Other things to note ★ Pool is heated November through April at 80°F. ✔ Heating is also available outside those months for an additional $250 — just request it at booking and it'll be ready when you arrive. ★ Pet Friendly (Up to 4 dogs): ✔ All pets must be approved by host before check in. ✔ Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival via Airbnb payment request. ✔ Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damaged a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
