Convenience and high-end comfort for our guests are the focus at The Seascape. <<1st Floor>> -Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ Shower, Laundry Closet (Sleeps 2). -Kitchen: Full kitchen with all of the kitchen essentials for cooking + Dining table for 8, Kitchen island with 4 stools. -Living Room: Large L-Shape leather couch, Smart TV -Exterior: Front porch, Back porch w/ Dining set, -Private heated pool: Pool heater will be on only from from November to April <<2nd Floor>> -Master Bedroom: King bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo, Smart TV, Accent chairs (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Closet (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 3: Single bed w/ single trundle (Sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom 4: Queen sofa bed, Accent chairs, Two balconies w/ outdoor furniture, Desk (Sleeps 2). Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo located next to master bedroom and guest bedrooms on 2nd floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock. Other things to note Private heated pool: Pool heater will be on only from November to April, we keep a pool temperature of 80F. Outside for these months, there is an additional fee of $250.00 for turning on the pool heater. Pet Friendly (Up to 4 dogs): All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival via Airbnb payment request. Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damaged a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
