Fully furnished spacious and cozy 2 bedroom. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Oshkosh, Menominee Park, and Lake Winnebago! The space Both bedrooms have cozy memory foam California king size beds. One bedroom includes a chaise lounge chair with a large walk in closet. A stand up adjustable mirror is included in the master closet. There is a lot of space for your clothes and and there are dressers in each bedroom. The living room has a soft couch and lounge chair, along with an LG TV equipped with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more. The laundry room is fully equipped with laundry detergent and bounce dryer sheets. The kitchen has 5 total seats for eating (island with three bar stools, and corner table with 2 bar stools). We have everything you need to make coffee (maker, grinder, grounds, filters, cups). All dishes are included in kitchen (silverware, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc). There is a microwave and toaster oven along with a gas range and oven. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment through either the front or back door. You can also access the basement if you need extra storage. Other things to note Basic self care items (shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, etc) are not provided. The smart TV apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc) are not logged into. You need to provide your own log-in account information to access the TV apps, (besides basic cable television). The driveway entrance is narrow, so if you have an extra wide vehicle it will probably not fit (park on the street instead). All regular sized cars, vans, and trucks can fit. This is the lower apartment of a duplex. You may experience subtle noise from time to time in the upper level apartment.
