Newly added RO water filtration system! The space 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite on the 5th floor, #512 E, of the Sonoran Sea Resort that sleeps up to 4 adults (or up to 5 with a baby, but note that the resort will only issue up to 4 wristbands for pool access). Upon check-in the Resort charges $15 (total) for wristbands. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or anywhere on property. This includes e-cigarettes. Other things to note ++All ages are welcome but the resort requires the booking guest to be at least 25 yo and must be present at checkin. This is not my policy but a regulation of the Sonoran Sea Resort and is outside of my control+++ The last picture in listing is a copy of their regulations. Resort is a smoke free property. There is a $15 wristband fee charged by the resort upon checkin. This covers all wristbands and goes directly to the resort. They have historically required cash for entry passes. While some guests have recently reported card acceptance, we have not received official confirmation—so we strongly recommend bringing cash as a backup to avoid delays after arrival. — In addition to the extremely comfortable King bed, the unit includes a standard pull-out sofa bed and a twin rollaway cot. As with most sofa beds and cots, comfort may be best suited for children or shorter stays. —Fan/light switch must be ON for remote to function. —Multiple types of coffee and beverage makers are provided—guests are welcome to bring their preferred coffee, sugary liquids and/or alcohol for slushing or blending. -While there are 3 pools to enjoy at the resort, in the cooler months only one pool is heated and it is the pool with the swim-up bar. During this time there are more families with children in addition to adults using this pool. During the warmer months adults can utilize the adult only pool if desired. Throughout the year there is one hot tub for adults only and one hot tub that is family friendly. -It is important to note that our property is located within a resort community where routine maintenance can occur without advanced notice to owners. Consequently, our typically tranquil community may experience increases noise volume from 9am-6pm. While we attempt to notify guests of any known upcoming construction projects prior to or at the time of booking, and these incidents are exceedingly rare, we cannot guarantee that such disturbances will not arise. Therefore, any noise or inconvenience from such maintenance is out of our control and no refunds will be applied; we do however make every effort to accommodate future credits. - Please message us with any recommendations to improve this unit & your stay, within 24h of check in & continually as needed. - No refund will be due for any issue that has not been brought to our attention asap during your stay, and/or for which we have not been given the opportunity to remediate. - If we are unable to complete the repair or replacement of an essential amenity, you may be offered to cancel the remainder of your stay & a refund for unused nights, but no consumed stay will ever be refunded. - Please advise us immediately if anything got broken or damaged during your stay, so that we can involve the insurance & schedule the right contractor/supplier to get it fixed ASAP; definitely before check out so that we can complete the repair/replacement before the next check in.
