Guest access Located in a great historic building, you'll enter a common micro lobby, up one flight of stairs and then to your completely private room equipped with keyless smart lock entry for easy access. Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102. Cancellation: As a small independent hotel, we are not able to offer refunds or credits outside of the established cancellation policy you book under. Our property is located in an area that experiences winter weather and the potential of wildfires in the summer/fall. Refunds or credits will be extended if there is a state mandated road closure of I-5 near the property or if there is a state mandated evacuation order.
