The home sits on 1/2 an acre, the back yard is large, fenced with lots of trees. We are only a few minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants in Fleming Island while still feeling peaceful, private and only three houses away from the beautiful St. John's River... the breezes are better over here. The home is recently renovated and decorated for comfort and convenience while feeling relaxed and stylish. The home sleeps 8 with a king bed in each of the 3 bedrooms and a futon that is almost the size of a queen bed in the bonus room off the living room (no door). All bedrooms have wireless charging stations with USB outlets, a full length mirror and a smart tv. All TVs have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime apps (with your sign in). There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a tub/shower combo. The home is fully stocked with bed and bath linens, hair dryer, kitchen with cookware, dishes, slow cooker, blender, toaster, air fryer, mixer, Keurig coffee maker, French press, electric water heater for tea, creamer, sugars, tea and hot chocolate. Guest access Guests can access through the front door with a keypad. You will receive your own personalized code for entry. The front lights and back patio lights are on a motion sensor and will be well lit. Linen closets in hallway are locked for housekeeping. Other things to note We love this street, we love the river breeze and the peacefulness this house has so please remember this is a residential area and follow the house rules.
