Our cute Sea Shell cottage home is ideally located close to everything you need. Designed by “Rita’s Designs”, every corner of this cottage has been beautifully decorated with a coastal design that spares no expense. It is well equipped and ready for you and your loved ones to come and enjoy. Close to Cal Baptist, RCC, and UCR. Minutes to Downtown Riverside. We are child friendly, have fast WiFi and have hired the best staff to make sure that we provide you with a wonderful experience. The space • 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, up to 6 guests • Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Smart TV, with a playpen and high chair available in the closet, if needed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV • Blow-up mattress is available for additional sleeping • Fully stocked kitchen • High-speed wi-fi • Large backyard area • Pet-friendly accommodation. Please indicate the number of pets when booking. A $100 fee per pet applies. HOUSE RULES: • No Smoking, Vaping or Recreational Drugs • NO PARTIES - only registered guests allowed • Quiet Hours 10:00pm - 7:00am • Do not use white towels, sheets or pillowcases to clean up makeup • Make-up towels are provided • No candles or open flames (inside or outside) • Any violation of these rules will result in cancellation or additional charges per Airbnb policy. OTHER INFORMATION: • Home is sanitized and cleaned following Covid-19 and CDC guidelines. • Keyless entry for your convenience • Outdoor surveillance cameras monitor the perimeter of the home to prevent unnecessary behavior. This includes the Ring doorbell camera. • There are NO cameras or recording devices in the home for your privacy. • There is street parking in front of the house. Parking is available in the back of the house upon request. • Please note that there is NO PARKING on Tuesdays from 7:30am-3:30pm for street sweeping. You will be cited at your own expense. • Gardener comes on Wednesdays. • Trash Pick up is on Thursdays. Guest access This is your home and its entirety for your stay except garage. You are welcome to use what you need. We have tried to think of everything possible to make your stay as close to the comforts of your own home. Other things to note Please note welcome folder for all basic needs. If more information is needed, please contact via Airbnb app. A quick reminder: our gardener, Francisco, will be by on Wednesday between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to maintain the outdoor areas.
