If there was a special in your booking please let the host know. We will provide initial toilet paper and paper towels. If all of this is used please make sure to bring your own in addition. We have a maintenance man who does clean the exterior of the property on Thursday mornings. Trash picks up are on Wednesday evenings, between 5:00-7:00pm. Pool cleaning occurs on Wednesday and Saturday for the month of June and July. *Please note there is a tree above the pool. We have provided a skimmer to help with the leaves just in case that YOU can use. * We have a regular scheduled maintenance man who checks the property on Thursdays. He will look at the exterior of the property and quickly fix or maintain anything that is needed. If you choose to have us turn the heat on in the pool the rate is $ 599 for the week. The heat is set to 88 degrees. This is a comfortable swim. The pool is not a spa. If you want the pool heated to 98 degree, the cost is $899.0 This will be requested via AirBNB. Please note if you would like the pool heated you will need to inform us prior to your arrival.
