Olivebridge is a quiet and beautiful area! My home features an outdoor Hot Tub, Jacuzzi Jet Bathtub, High Speed Internet! So Many skiing/hiking areas nearby, Large Lawn to play a game of Horseshoes or sit by the fire pit and roast s’mores! All year round we have breathtaking views here in the Catskills. My home is only 20 minutes to the Town of WOODSTOCK! The upstairs of my home with all the amenities and property will be all yours during your stay! You have Access To Everything You Need! The space Our Hot Tub is Open All Year Long :) - Outdoor Enclosed Hot Tub For Privacy- located off of the master bedroom - Large Lawn -Jet Bath Tub- in the master bathroom -Horseshoe pit & Fire Pit -Massage table -Dishwasher -Kitchen island -Lots of closet space -Large deck to BBQ on, or sip coffee while checking out the view! ** Feel free to smoke around the property or on either one of the porches(make sure windows/doors are shut when smoking at all times!!!) Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtrays ONLY **NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME **Please be honest when booking/ your headcount is important to us. If you bring EXTRA people who were not Accounted for in your booking you WILL be charged extra fees** Guest access You are able to access almost anything you see unless a door is locked. Such as the Master Bedroom Closet & the basement door those are the only areas off limits. Also the washer and dryer is only able to be used for a 5 day or longer stay. Other than that the entire property, parking, amenities, hot tub, fire pit, massage table, both front and back porch and yard is all yours to use and Enjoy! We do have an outdoor camera on the property for security purposes so we know when guests arrive and how many have arrived. Again, PLEASE be HONEST in your booking to prevent EXTRA charges. Other things to note Our home is located in a peaceful area. It is close to Woodstock, New Paltz, Hunter and Belleayre Mountain and Ski resorts. Roughly 7 miles from the Ashokan Center! Many Rail Trails and local hikes, antiquing, shopping, restaurants, flower/apple/fruit picking or just a quiet getaway! Our neighborhood is surrounded by lots wildlife and nature. You will see deer, sometimes bear, hummingbirds, eagles, lots of squirrels and chipmunks. Our home is quiet and cozy. It’s a great place to stay with friends, family and relax and enjoy a bonfire in the front yard, or take a stroll around the stream. -My home also has a karaoke/disco machine you can use. -A large Smart TV in living room area -A Tv in each bedroom -An electric fireplace/heat for ambiance or turn the heat on if you’re chilly during the fall/winter months. -It’s very private and quiet at my home which is what I really love about living in this area. It’s very peaceful and beautiful!
