Our unique location allows you to walk to nearly everything and experience life in this incredible California mountain town. The entire property was professionally renovated in 2022 with an all new bathroom with walk-in tile shower, fast & reliable fiber internet, large screen smart tv and completely new furnishings throughout. The space The room has all new furnishings (2022), bright white linens, brand new bathroom, historic hardwood flooring refinished in 2022, 50" smart tv, and super fast & reliable fiber internet. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle only. Should you need cooking capacity including plates & utensils, please book Suite 101,102, 206 or 210. This private boutique hotel room is located in a historic property in the absolute best location in the Summit Lofts building in downtown Mt Shasta. There are only 11 other boutique hotel rooms at the property. We use a hypoallergenic laundry detergent made for sensitive skin (made without dyes, phosphates, brighteners or enzymes) and minimally scented dryer sheets with a vegetable-derived softening agent and essential oils. If you love clean air you'll appreciate the new HEPASilent air purifier in the room. If you’d like to store luggage, bikes, snowboards, skis, etc. there is a locked Gear Room on the ground floor of the hotel that is free for hotel guests. If you need to store anything like luggage for a few hours before check-in or after check-out time while you continue to explore the town, just reach out and we'll be happy to accommodate. Guest access Guests will be sent a unique door code prior to arrival for self check-in. Guests will enter a small entry lobby, walk up one flight of stairs and find the entrance to their private hotel room on the left. The entire room and bathroom will be private and accessible to only the guest (no sharing of space required). Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102. Cancellation: As a small independent hotel, we are not able to offer refunds or credits outside of the established cancellation policy you book under. Our property is located in an area that experiences winter weather and the potential of wildfires in the summer/fall. Refunds or credits will be extended if there is a state mandated road closure of I-5 near the property or if there is a state mandated evacuation order.
