Oyster Cove Cottage is the perfect bayside townhome for your family trip to Ocean City. From the front door you'll head into a spacious living room, with extra high ceilings, a jumbo TV, and a massive, comfy sofa. Connected to it is the kitchen, complete with a Keurig machine, fridge, dishwasher, laundry machines, and a wine cooler. Right past the sliding is an awesome outdoor deck with tons of seating, looking right onto the canal. For your use we've provided a grill, 2 bicycles, and kayaks. You'll also be able to dock your boat and jetskis in the water right in front of the deck, so you can head out to the open bay in no time at all. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a third has two twins. Each bedroom has a TV and walk in closet, so there's no limit on the amount of swimwear you should bring. For parents of small children, there's a high chair, child gates on the stairs, and a Pack N' Play to keep them safe and happy. Come check out all these great features in person once you book! Linens and towels are included with booking! On the day of your check in, we'll send you your unique access code by 3pm. The home comes with 1 free assigned parking space (#37, pictured in listing photos). There is free unassigned parking throughout the community but it is first come first served, so we recommend guests bring just 1 car. Guests have full access to the house, as well as to the deck and boat slips. Guests are also able to use the 2 bicycles and kayaks provided. * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash cans in the parking area. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent. Guests who use the kayaks acknowledge that all actions and injuries that may result belong to the guest's fault only, and will not hold the property owner or OC Beach Vacations LLC liable. From this home you'll probably want to drive to the beach and boardwalk PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age to book is 24. The person booking the unit must be present for the duration of the rental period. Rental of the unit and use of the boat slip is guest acknowledgment that the guest will hold neither the unit owner, not management company, liable for any injury or damage resulting from use of the boat slip. It is up to the boater to determine whether his/her vessel can safely navigate the canal. The boat slip has a pontoon lift, but the lift will be submerged and not available to use during your stay (to avoid damage). Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
