2 condos joined for up to 12 people by Fiserv/3rd

My place is next to the Fiserv Forum, UW Panther Arena, Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District, Milwaukee Theater, Wisconsin Convention Center, etc.. This is actually 2 condos that share a double door like adjoining hotel rooms. It becomes 2 bedrooms and 2 kitchens with plenty of space for up to 12 people. There are additionally 2 queen couches and 2 rollaway xl twins beds upon request and matching guest numbers. The space Our 1500 sq foot double condo is all yours for your stay. 2 Bedrooms with a total ofr 3 queen beds, 2 Queen fold out couches, 2 twin size roll-aways upon request and matching guests, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 full kitchens make for an amazing stay. Our 13 foot ceilings and lofted master bedroom and bathroom are unique in this one of a kind downtown setting. The view of the park is amazing and we are just a half block walk to Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District and Deer District which is full of Milwaukee's top Restaurants and downtown nightlife spots. No parties or animals permitted. Guest access You will have complete access to 2 apartments on the 3rd floor. The are joined by a double door with their own front doors. The first is 302 and is a lofted condo with an enclosed bedroom (with 2 queen beds) with full bathroom over the kitchen and a first floor half bathroom with a large living room with 2 fold down queen couches. We have 2 queen blow up mattresses or cots available upon request and matching number of guests. The second is apartment 303 that has a full kitchen ans lofted bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. It has a small living room, so the two spaces would then be able to sleep up to 12 to 14 people with doubled up bed, but the comfortable number is 8 to 10 people for sleeping. By 4p, the day of your stay, you will be provided a punch code for front door access and also for your apartments. Check out is 11am. Other things to note There isn't parking included in the stay. The best structure is located at 6th and State Street. It is very close by that you can keep your car. The parking on the street is not allowed from 3a to 6a. We do offer a private 4 car garage for rent during your stay that is a block away. It is $40 per car per night and provide complete privacy and unlimited in and out access. IF there is a Fiserv Forum event expect to pay up to $40 for that day in the area. There is a minimum 2 night stay during the week. We can make exceptions but will have to adjust pricing You are on the 3rd floor, however our Condo is located in a Restaurant and Bar district and has noises outside that are associated with city life and business operations. We have found that trash pick up on Mondays can happen between 6am and 8am along with deliveries throughout the day. We have provided sound machines, fans, and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers or accustom to complete silence.
