All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We welcome you to come and enjoy this home as much as we do! Guest access Guest has access to the entire house! Other things to note Guests have access to the entire house, including the 2 car garage. Please note the garage doors are not automatic and will have to be manually lifted up and down. We allow pets to stay on the property under a few conditions found in the house rules.
