Treat yourself to a stay at this rustic chic 900 sq ft A-frame home and get away from it all for a while! The interior is just as charming as the exterior with tall vaulted ceilings, natural wood throughout, and a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The wall of windows will lead you to the spacious deck where you will be surrounded by tall trees and beautiful sounds of nature. The space ***Disclaimer*** Due to current water levels on Lake Travis, there is no water at the dock. Our cabin is equipped with smart home features. Use voice control to turn on and off the lights. Go ogle devices can be found in the bathroom and kitchen. For more information on how to use voice commands, please refer to the guestbook (provided in cabin). For your security, there is a ring doorbell at the front entrance. -Room 1: The downstairs bedroom has a set of twin beds. This bedroom is also equipped with a dedicated work station. -Room 2: The loft upstairs has a queen bed and sound machine, and is open to the living room below. -Living Room: There is a queen sofa bed. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in room 1, in a linen storage box under the bed. We are kid friendly! A pack and play and high chair are provided during your stay, upon request. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk in shower that is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Extra towels can be found in the cabinet. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Two K-cups are provided for each stay. A French press and coffee pot are also provided. Due to limited coverage in the area, Wifi is very limited and speeds can often be slow. We provide an assortment of games and DVDs for entertainment. Board games and outdoor Jenga can be found on the shelf under the staircase. There is a grill and fire table available for your use. Propane for the grill and fire table is supplied. Spicewood has so much to offer. From wineries, to natural swimming holes and delicious eateries. You’ll be very entertained out here. Recommendations for places to try and things to do will be found in our guestbook. We are about a 30 minute drive to downtown Austin. If location is important to you, please be aware we are not within close proximity. Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin that sits on a 1 acre lot. Other things to note The stairs inside the cabin are not advised to be used by children without the supervision of adults. Please take proper precautions. A baby gate is provided in the cabin. Although we love pets, please note the cabin is not pet friendly. If any pets are discovered an immediate $300 pet fine will be added. The cabin is nestled in a friendly quiet neighborhood. We have neighbors on each side of the cabin. We ask that you respect our neighbors privacy and monitor noise levels during the night time.
