Professionally decorated, in a perfect location. The private pool with a rocky surround has waterfalls, small cave with bench seating, jacuzzi with strong, massaging jets, with lights at night. Wifi and streaming Roku TVs to watch while sinking into the big, cushy sectional, and in 2 other rooms. Separate Rec. room with pool, ping pong, table games, second refrigerator and bathroom. Weber BBQ, and a fire-pit for s’mores and cozy gatherings. Sit together on the balcony overlooking the water & pool, while sipping coffee/ wine/ drinks, and enjoying hors d’ oeuvres. Two huge dining tables, each sitting 12, one inside and one outside, poolside, under the covered patio. Plentiful spaces & seating to be all together or to spread out! Launch the tandem kayaks, bring your poles/gear to fish from the dock, or watch the jumping fish, or dolphins or manatees in the Banana River. Seasonal Bioluminescent marine life in the canal at night! Boaters are welcome to dock/ tie up their boats, (please inquire about boat lift.) Ice chest, beach chairs/ umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and wagon - everything needed for a fun day at the beach! (For the little ones, there is a pack-n-play/ linens, high chair, baby bath, plastic tableware, optional stairwell safety gate and alarms for doors accessing the pool.) 1/2 block and across the new crosswalk is beachside Lori Wilson Park - with restrooms, play structures, and plentiful free parking! Also about 1 block away is Hilton’s indoor and outdoor restaurants/cafés & bars, a Starbucks, and a gelato shop. Within a 10 min. Walk is a full gym (incl. yoga/ classes), w/ day passes. A few more blocks away is a Publix grocery store w/ deli and optional delivery, a top-rated restaurant, “Florida Fresh”, and more. NEWSFLASH!…Starting in June, 2024, are optional 4 hr. (minimum) boat rental w/ convenient pick up & drop from our backyard dock! (Or for experienced boat drivers, less cost w/o Captain). Boat holds 11-12 people, and together, you can enjoy cruising alongside dolphins/ manatees, snacks/lunch on the water, fishing, swimming and lounging in gentle water of the sandbars in the Banana River! No stairs to front or back doors. First floor office/ bedroom with wide, French doors, and convenient sofa bed, along with first floor bathroom with shower, for guests who want/ need to avoid the stairs.
