Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. As you enter the foyer through the large door, you'll fall in love with the character of this home. On the right, a formal living room, a dining room, the kitchen, and the large entertainment area in the family room. The bedroom, ensuite, and two full baths round out the bottom floor. Upstairs opens to a landing as well as 4 bedrooms and two more baths. Montgomery area. Address: 1601 S Perry Rd, Montgomery, AL 36104. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn't have a problem. ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Garden District neighborhood. The home will be on your right as you travel up S Perry. The GPS should bring you straight there. Parking is on the left of the home. The home is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. WIFI: Network - Dreamline Guests Password - enjoymgm22 SLEEPING: There are two king beds, two queen beds, and three twins plus a few couches that sleep a total of 13, if needed. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
