Perfect place for a single-family or couples who like to spend time outdoors either on the large deck, dock, patio, or yard doing activities with friends or family. We provide a couple of yard games, a lily pad, kayaks, and a Paddle Board, you provide the fun. The house is located in a deep water area and is great for fishing. Catfish will hang around the dock and will appreciate it if you feed them some catfish food around dust. The space The dock and boathouse for your enjoyment to fish, swim or just relax and enjoy the panoramic view. There is a water mat to relax on or kayaks to paddle around with. (Fishing poles you must provide). The house is located on the East side of the Lake, at the end of a cul-de-sac on a peninsula. The best area of the lakes for water sports in the summer. Just across the cove from Pinwah Marina for fuel! It is approximately 15 min from Onalaska and 18 minutes from downtown Livingston if you are looking for somewhere to walk around and do some shopping or eat some local food. There are a couple of community boat ramps 3-5 minutes from the cottage, as well as the one at Penwaugh and the public boat launch in Blanchard. There are sleeping accommodations for 7 with 2 queen beds and a 3 level bunk bed spread out amongst the 3 bedrooms. . Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garage, exception one lock cabinet is in the pantry room. (For Cleaning service only) Other things to note The water around the seawall and dock is extremely deep. There unfortunately are no spots for you to wade into the water or stand close to shore. We provide life preservers for kids and adults. Kids need adult supervision at all times. Diving headfirst into the water off the dock or seawall is not allowed. There are some submerged stumps around and the storms can move waterlogged trees about, so jump and swim at your own risk. Check-in is after 4 pm, though It is highly recommended to try and make it in before sunset most nights, you will not want to miss it. * Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). If you do have an extra vehicle or a trailer for a jet ski or a boat, please let us know in advance Parties are not allowed and guests are expected to respect our neighbors and not be noisy or play loud music from 10 pm - 8 am.
