Enjoy multiple decks w/ private beach access (100 steps to water). Upstairs has 3BR/2BA, gourmet kitchen, living room & downstairs (not connected inside) has 1BR/1BA, living room, kitchenette. Laundry room w/ washer & dryer. 2 covered & 2 uncovered parking spots. Come view the magnificent sunrise & sunset from our wraparound decks! The space MAIN FLOOR Primary Bedroom - king bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet with extra blanket and pillow, en suite bathroom with hair dryer, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Coral Bedroom - queen bed, 1 nightstand with lamp, 1 dresser, ceiling fan, TV with Roku, closet with extra blanket, vacuum cleaner, broom with dust pan and vacuum. Plastic storage bin under the bed with extra blankets and pillow. Nautical Bedroom - king bed, 2 nightstands with lamp, 1 dresser, ceiling fan, smart TV. Hall bathroom - hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Kitchen - fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel electric stove, upper and lower(drawer) oven, microwave, dishwasher, beverage center and refrigerator with Keurig coffee maker. Farm sink, drip coffee maker, toaster, 1 kitchen towel, 1 roll of paper towel, olive oil, salt and pepper. Trash and recycling cans in the peninsula. Spacious banquette. Living room - wall of windows for enjoying ocean views, large “L” shaped sofa, side table, coffee table, smart TV, fan, assorted games in living room cabinet. Upper deck - outdoor dining table, 4 rope chairs. SUITE Bedroom - king bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, fan, storage ottoman. Hall bathroom - hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Kitchenette - stainless steel sink, dish rack, microwave, mini refrigerator, dishes in cabinet and flatware in drawer. 1 kitchen towel and 1 roll of paper towel. Trash can. Bar table with 2 stools. Living room - sliding door for enjoying ocean views, decor cabinet, sofa, swivel rocker, coffee table, table with remote controls under the TV, smart TV, and fan. Lower deck - Tiki lounge, outdoor sofa, 2 outdoor chairs, 2 rope chairs, bar top table, 2 hammocks and 2 outdoor pillows. 1 conch shell shower, 1 shower with hot water, and 1 hose to rinse off prior to entering the home. LAUNDRY ROOM Washer, dryer, drying rack, fan and cleaning towels in the cabinet over the washer. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property including the upstairs unit, downstairs suite, wraparound decks, and laundry. Paved driveway, carport with 2 covered, and 2 uncovered spaces.
