Renew yourself at my peaceful/centrally-located 2 story villa located in Grand Bear Resort Utica, Il next to 3 state parks.; golf,fishing, boating, biking. Surrounded by beautiful woods this 1800 sq ft villa is decorated with authentic log furniture, two gas fireplaces, full kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, laundry, large sofa. Upstairs has soaking tub/whirlpool. Master has king bed and sleeper sofa ; other bedroom : 2 queen beds. Sleeps 9. Unit J2. More info in guidebook The space The main floor includes fully equipped kitchen, 4 new stainless steel appliances 06/12/22, open concept dining amd living room; full bathroom w/shower, laundry area (washer/dryer), and the living area with gas fireplace andTV/ wifi, sofa ( with topper in chest to sleep on top of for extra sleeping or use the blow up bed) Adult and children games available. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The Master bedroom has a king bed and sleeper sofa/for 1 person, whirlpool tub and gas fireplace, TV . The room is connected to a full bathroom w/shower. The other bedroom has two queen beds and TV . Both bedrooms have small balconies overlooking beautiful nature. Guest access The entire villa is yours to enjoy . The resort is separate and certain amenities ( water park, mini golf) can be used but certain fees apply. Across the street is hiking trail / St Loius Canyon. Large grassy area for outdoor games snd grilling. The Caseys on Rt 178 has ice, food, alcohol, pizza, gas, groceries.. You may bring up to 2 inflatable beds to sleep total 11.
