KITCHEN Your kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You will also have access to a private washer and dryer, and be provided with laundry soap for any laundry you may need to do during your stay. BEDROOMS The master bedroom features a king bed and a brand new smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom also has a queen bed. In the living room, we have a pull-out sofa bed for that extra sleeping space! BATHROOMS For your convenience, the full bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes. The second half bathroom is also well stocked for your stay! KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable. Easy driving includes the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and more. A short drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center! We are located right on a corner lot overlooking the Colorado Springs skyline with Mountain Views as well! There is plenty of street parking in front of the house, so it's not a problem if you have multiple vehicles! In addition to the street parking, we offer one of the spaces in the driveway for parking up close. For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. The second unit of the duplex is downstairs has its own separate entrance and private backyard. We have a whole team that helps us monitor messages just in case we are out of cell service hiking or enjoying the Colorado weather!
