The studio is 265SF and has a Full-size bed which can comfortably sleep up to 1 guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, silverware, utensils, range/oven, microwave, fridge and all essentials needed for cooking. **There is no TV. We offer contactless check in, upon booking the door code will be programmed and sent to you in the Welcome Email, so you can check in at your convenience. The Shay has been recently remodeled in contemporary style with all of the amenities you would need for a short term or long-term stay. We do NOT allow pets. Parking for the Shay is located on the North and East side the building. The North parking lot directly in front of The Shay has limited reserved spaces that can be purchased upon booking. You may also park in any available space to the East or along 8th street which has ample street parking. Smoking of any kind is prohibited at The Shay. There is a minimum $500 fee for smoking in our property and you will be responsible to pay for all damages and restoration costs. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am We look forward to hosting you at The Shay!
