Lake Home with Dock and Kayaks

This home is lakefront on a quiet double dead end street and has a very long driveway. It's situated on a mostly shady lot. You can spend your days floating in the lake, exploring the lake with a boat or kayaks, sitting on the screened porch, or enjoying the air conditioning inside. There is a TV and small fridge on the porch, and each living room has it's own TV. There are plenty of spaces for adults and kids to relax. The space Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom, one bathroom is accessed from the hall, and the remaining bathroom is inside an office with a daybed. The office has doors and blinds and can be treated as an extra bedroom. Downstairs is a bunk room with 2 sets of bunkbeds and a TV. Spend the day kayaking, fishing, or floating off the dock. The dock has a 16 x 16 covered gazebo with TV and fan. You will also enjoy viewing the lake from the fully furnished 400 square foot screened porch with fire table, dining table, and TV. There is a hot tub off the screened porch but it is only avaialble for an extra fee - pleas einquire if interested. Fishing poles and kayaks are available for your use or bring your own. In addition to the ice maker in the refrigerator, there is a standalone icemaker in the laundry room that makes 100 pounds per day and holds 29 at a time. You can bring your own boat to tie to the dock or rent one for your stay (we can try to help secure a rental pontoon boat for you). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the garage and hot tub (hot tub available for an extra fee).
