The owners have no living space on this level and there is no interior connection to their residence. Please note that the yard is not yet fenced in and there is a lot of landscaping still to be completed before we achieve our goal of a park-like setting. The patio, grill, seating, and firepit are all fully functional. No heavy equipment landscaping will be performed during anyone's visit. Guest access Park on the property with a 5-minute walk to Uptown. The complete patio area with gas grille and firepit. We provide the firewood but ask that it is used responsibly. The grill has knives, cooking utensils plus a pot and a frypan for use on the side burner. Other things to note We typically can offer early check-ins, 11:30- 1:30 sometimes as early as 10 AM but we can only guarantee 3 PM depending on our current guests. We're sorry, but outside guests are not allowed without previous permission. When outside please observe quiet time at 10 pm. As noted in "The Space" the yard is not yet fenced in and landscaping is not completed (mounds of dirt/rocks no grass etc). The concrete patio with table, umbrella, chairs, recliners, and bench. grill and firepit are all completed and dedicated for guest use. NO smoking inside or on-premises. Complimentary use of our Red Rock Pass (you are responsible to return or being charged $25 to replace the pass.) FYI Sedona is a small town so do not assume all the services you have at home will be available here. There is only one car rental (Enterprise) which is closed on the weekends. Naturally, Sky Harbor airport has numerous rental places. You may want to try 'Turo' the Airbnb of car rental/sharing that uses privately owned cars for in-town rental and for that matter even at the airport. Uber may or may not be available and there is only one taxi car. The point is don't assume anything and make all your preparations before you come so you won't be disappointed.
