Welcome to our dog friendly lakefront cabin. Amazing front row view of the lake and mountain greets you as you enter. Unpack and experience the lake life with complimentary paddleboards. Tour neighborhood vineyards, enjoy a meal on the large dining spaces indoors and out. Finish the day with a soak in the spa while admiring the lake and watch the gorgeous sunset while hanging out at the firepit. Base rate is for 5 people & $130 for 3 dogs max. The space This is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house. The carport is at the top floor, and you walk down 1 flight of exterior stairs to the front door. Upper floor - main entry and wrap around deck - outdoor lounge, dining, grill & hot tub spa - living, dining, kitchen, fireplace - 1 bedroom with king bed with access to deck Lower floor - 3 bedrooms, (2 with king beds and 1 with 2 twin beds) - 1 en-suite master bath + 1 common bath with tub - laundry washer & dryer - all bedrooms have access to bpatio - patio with seating, work desk, kids play area, dog area, paddle boards - fence to keep dogs and kids safe from the water & street - access to private dock when water level permits (generally between Dec and July) WiFi - 5G home internet with great speed for video conferencing and movie / TV app streaming - great for remote working Kitchen - fully equipped and pantry with all the essentials - brand new Cafe appliances electric range and double oven - apron sink, dishwasher - coffee & beverage station with many options - baking essentials, rice cooker, steamer, mixer & blender - 36” refrigerator with water & ice dispenser - Casa Norman store for additional snack, beverages and toiletries to purchase Dining - seats 6 to 8 indoor plus baby high chair - seats 8 outdoors + 2 on bistro table Living - 10 x 10 L-shaped sofa that seats 6-8 - 65” smart TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, and many others (log in with your own account) - board games & books - wood burning fireplace (not available during summer) Upper Deck - lounge that seats 7 - propane fire pit - propane grill - bistro table - dining table - 5 person hot tub & spa - fooseball table Lower Patio - 4 Adirondack chairs + coffee table - 2 sun lounges - kids play structure & table - corn toss - paddle boards - dog area - private dock (note that it is not always accessible to the lake during certain months) The base rate is for 5 people and addition fee for 6th to 10th person. Kids are counted as "guests". Dog fee is $120 for a maximum of 2 dogs for the whole stay. Looking for a romantic stay for just 2-3 people? The closet under the staircase and next to the master bathroom are off limits to guests. There are signs to note this. Other things to note Base rate - the base rate allows for up to 5 guests. Enter the total number of guests for the actual nightly rate if you have a group that is bigger than 5. Pets - We allow up to 3 well trained dogs with $130 pet fee . - They must not be left in the property alone - They must be on leash when out in the neighborhood including the lakefront - They CANNOT be on the sofa and beds otherwise extra cleaning charges may apply. We have provided dog beds for your convenience. - Please pick up after your pet to avoid additional cleaning charges. Lake life = bugs during summer. Use the screen doors to keep them off, and when possible, turn the lights off to keep them away. LAKE LEVELS- During winter and spring, when the lake is accessible from our dock - This is the 3rd best known bass fishing spot in USA! Watch the lake activities at the luxury of your own deck and lower patio. Join in on a paddle or drive your boat up. We provide inflatable stand up paddleboards free of charge but you will have to sign a waiver in order to use them. Boat launch sites - nearest launch at nearby Clear Lake State Park, Kelseyville or Redbud Park, Clearlake. Please check their websites to make sure water level permits launch for the dates of your stay. Since Clearlake is a natural lake with no inlets/outlets, the water can get low and muddy close to the edge during summer. However, if you paddle out, it gets nicer. Water quality - a deep well from our HOA supplies water to this house. It is free of biological contaminants ( proven during monthly testing) since its inception. Ground water (from a well) is completely different from surface water, some recent reports of surface water is not safe but this is not the case for our house. There are year round activities and festivals at Lakeport and Kelseyville. The house is serviced by nearby restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations. They range between 12 mins and 50 mins away. If you are driving from Bay Area, the best grocery store to load up on goodies is the Hardester Market, Middletown as they carry the best selection and has a great "To Go" section. They also have a great hardware section with baits & tackles and fishing / boating / lake supplies.
