A tufted sofa provides both comfort and style. The armchair, paired with both a cocktail table and statement lamp, is perfect for reading a few pages in a book or checking social media. On the third level of this tri-story condo are the office and additional living space, complete with a workstation, TV, and sofa. It’s a lovely spot to steal a few minutes of “alone time”. We require that every stay have at least one clean every 30 days at a minimum. Guests are responsible for the cost of the cleaning. No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or events. There is potential for noise at this unit as there is a fire station just a few blocks away and there is a train that is one block away that passes by sometimes. We have provided a sound machine for your convenience located in the bedroom. PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
