The space 2000 Square feet of living space with high end furnishings for your family to enjoy on your beach vacation. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Our condo has a lockout unit providing an additional master suite, second balcony and extra privacy for multiple family stays. Our overly stocked kitchen provides everything you would ever need and more to cook a feast! Two Coffee Makers, Pots, Pans, Griddle, Crock Pot, Blender, Toaster, and enough dishes and utensils for a large gathering. We probably have more cookware in the condo than we have at home! The living room offers two comfy recliners and an electric reclining sofa! Perfect spot for taking a quick power nap after a long day on the beach. Catch the game on the huge 65" HD LED SMART TV in living room and TVs in each of the bedrooms. The expansive balcony overlooking the pool and crystal clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is the perfect spot to see dolphins, manatees, and all sorts of ocean life in the mornings while enjoying a cup of coffee. We want you to feel more comfortable when visiting our condo than you do in your own home. The resort offers amazing amenities including a zero edge pool and hot tub overlooking the beach, poolside tiki bar, and boutique gift shop featuring jewelry, art, and items from local artisans. The lobby store is also stocked with all of your essential beach gear from clothing and toys to sunscreen and snacks. If you forgot to bring something from home, they likely have it in the lobby store. Guest access As guests of Sterling Breeze 1907, you will have complimentary beach chairs provided for your visit (seasonal through October 31st). You will also have access to all of the resort amenities including the gym, zero edge pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar, and snack bar. * Resort registration and parking is paid directly to resort. Registration link will be provided a few days prior to arrival. The resort charges a $50 registration fee per vehicle with maximum of 2 vehicles per unit. Other things to note We appreciate luxury accommodations when we travel and strive to provide the same to our guests.
