The space Rustic Retreat Denton is near several major hospitals (1 mile to Medical City Denton/1 mile to Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Denton/8.8 mile to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton/10 mile to Medical City Lewisville or Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mount) The home is also great for traveling working professionals, stay away (but close enough) from messy renovation or ALE repairs, family who want to check out the areas before relocating to Dallas Fort-worth area, wedding attendees, and visiting family or university (UNT/TWU) parents. It's comfortable for approximately three to four people (or family with two kids) to stay for thirty days or plus. *Please note when we put maximum guests of five, it's intended for situation such as a weekend stay, a short family trip etc. To ensure the stay is comfortable is important to us.* The home is located on a quiet tree lined neighborhood that's central to everything Denton has to offer. Convenient to fwy I-35, Loop 288 shopping plaza (where Target, Kroger, Walmart, Barnes & Nobel, Chipotle, Hawaii Bros, The Great Egg, Coco Shrimp, McAlister's Deli, Seven Mile Cafe, Buc-ee's, Aldi, Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy etc etc are all nearby); 5.5 miles to Denton Square, about 8 miles to UNT, and TWU (Rayzor Ranch Town Center is near UNT). 4 miles to South Lakes Park Denton, 12 miles to LLELA Nature Preserve in Lewisville that has over six miles walking trail & various habitats; 22 mile (~30 minutes) to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Living room has a 50" Samsung  Smart TV; 43" Vizio Smart TV in the master bedroom. Recent addition: Vizio Smart TV in front bedroom; Samsung with Amazon Fire TV to another front bedroom. So there are one TV in the living room, and TVs in ea. bedroom. Netflix are available for the Living Room and Master Bedrooms' TVs; sorry *no cable TV*. *Leather arm chair added to the living room (not shown); spare wood dining chairs, and outdoor double glider bench & updated outdoor chairs added (not pictured here).* 14 inch Webber portable charcoal BBQ grill.
