Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or a cozy home base while exploring everything Florida has to offer. Even though you are only located a few miles from the beaches and shopping, you’ll feel a world away from life’s hustle and bustle. Enjoy the tranquility. We look forward to welcoming you to our Tropical Getaway The space Home is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a full laundry room, kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, all linens provided, back screened porch with swing and rocking chairs, BBQ grill and table and chairs for dining. Back porch is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine, your morning coffee or even your meals. We try to think of everything and anything to make your stay more comfortable. We hope you find that our place includes everything you need to feel right at home. Guest access Guests have access to entire home except for the garage. Guests do not have use of garage. There is a spacious front and back yard. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Please review with all guests staying in home. Guests agree to the following HOUSE RULES prior to booking: -Minimum age requirement is 25 years old for renting. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. (2 car occupancy). Guests do not have access to garage. -This home is strictly a NON SMOKING home. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside of home. Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and butts must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -This is a very quiet family neighborhood: no loud music/parties/large gatherings. We do not allow parties as noise travels easily in such a quiet place. We kindly ask all noise be kept to a minimum past 9 pm. -No yelling, fights or disputes tolerated. -Excessive trash pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence. -Linen must be used on the living room couch and / or air mattress if used for sleeping. -Septic: We have septic, please do not flush anything except TP in toilets. Even "flushable" wipes cannot be flushed, as it clogs the septic. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately to host. -Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. Pests / Bugs: - We love Florida living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in FL. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors and windows closed and keeping food stored and sealed properly are ways to ensure they wont come in. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund for bugs or critters found inside or outside the property. DOGS: - Must disclose at booking if you have a dog, size and breed. Dogs 20+ lbs must have approval from owner. - Non-disclosure of dog will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. -$50 per dog fee is required. -House trained dog ok. (Up to 20 lbs) No cats. -Pets are not allowed on any furniture. -Dog waste must be cleaned from the yard immediately and disposed of in outdoor trash can. -No excessive barking. -Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times when outside. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
