The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms; 2x queen beds w/ TVs, and a room with a double bed and twin trundle. All new flooring in upstairs bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The ground floor has a bedroom with a queen bed. The large living room has a queen sofa bed, a love seat, and a chaise sofa; offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. A large dining room and fully equipped kitchen are available for all those great meals. Our back deck offers bench seats, patio furniture, and a large grill with gas, charcoal, or smoker options. Spend your quite evening enjoying the fire pit, hammock seat swing, or the large hot tub. Guest access The entire house is yours and you are only a short drive to the action of Waterville (Colby/Thomas Colleges) or Augusta (Maine's Capital) (both 10-15 min drives) or a visit to the Belgrade Lakes region for water sports, hiking, and fine dining. Plus you are within a day trip of Portland, Freeport, the Maine Coast, the Western Mountains, and more. Other things to note Our home is located in a rural, residential area right off Interstate 95. It provides the convenience needed, yet is a place to spend quality time relaxing with friends and family enjoying the surroundings. Come here to make memories, relax, unwind, and more. We do respect the neighborhood and ask that noises are kept to a minimum. Special gatherings can be accommodated with advance notice (family bbq's, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, etc). Remember, you aren't far from the many offerings of Central Maine and beyond.
