We deliver Lake-Made Memories! In fact, many of our guests rarely leave the dock & swim area! This family-friendly four-bedroom home includes a dock, swim platform, and deep water cove. Boaters may use the 10 x 24 slip for boat or jet skis. Enjoy a great location with local restaurants and hot spots by water or land. The space This is a family friendly setting with a large dining room, deck seating, and lawn area. Also great for couples / reunions. The evening views are beautiful as the sun sets behind the ridge and the cove lights reflect on the water. Inside you will find a large dining table for all to gather around. Enjoy the games available or catch your favorite shows on one of the smart TV's. The well equipped kitchen is a great place to connect as you prepare food for dining in - or venture into town for some great options for dining out. The decks, private hot tub, and amazing dock are a guest favorite for taking in all the lake offers. (Please note: Fireplace not available for guest use) Guest access Guests have full access to the property. One boat slip is used by the owner but the remaining boat slip and full dock access is available. Other things to note Take Advantage of our Fall and Winter Specials!!! We provide water amenities for your enjoyment including a paddleboat, float pad, and kayak. One boat slip and side tie off is available for your boat / water toys. Pet Friendly Property Guidelines • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through. • Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside • Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
