The community pool is heated and located in the center of the neighborhood just steps away from the villa. The entrance to the private pier is on our lane ready to show off the amazing Siesta Key skies at sunset. The space The open-concept villa boasts an incredible recently renovated chef’s kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, a generous island for food prep and all of the accoutrements you need to prepare a light snack or a gourmet meal. Travel light and take advantage of our LG washer/dryer for your laundry needs. A soothing sunroom opens into a private courtyard with gas grill, seating, and dining table. At night, the courtyard is a magical spot for cocktails or a cookout with its swaying palm trees wrapped in lights. If a little work is required while away, we have a comfortable home office space off of the primary bedroom with a separate entrance to the villa. The community features beautiful, established landscaping and unique free-standing cottages on winding streets. If you need a break from the beach, the community boasts a charming community pool with a club house, shaded tables and plenty of lounge chairs. The community pier is a perfect spot for fishing, waving to boats on the intracoastal, or watching our famous dolphins and manatees frolic in the bay. Crescent Beach is a short stroll away as are several popular eating establishments and shops to browse. Catch the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolly that has a stop right outside Polynesian Gardens. The trolly will take you to Siesta Key Public Beach, Siesta Key Village for dining and shopping, and Turtle Beach. The owners have personally curated a detailed guide to Siesta Key and the surrounding area to ensure that visitors can take advantage of all this incredible area has to offer.
