The space Our artists' retreat home has modern furnishings, beautiful paintings, a smart television in the living room and both bedrooms, and 2 brand new king sized beds. In this space, you will have a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious bidet. In the second bedroom, you will have a king sized bed with a large desk and a full bathroom around the corner. The second bathroom has a walk-in accessible tub to provide ease of use and a blue tooth equipped mirror. The condo is decorated throughout with the owner's own art and painting providing a dramatic ambience. The sofa is extremely comfortable and can become a third sleeping option when needed. We also have a comfortable memory foam folding floor mattress. The kitchen has been smartly remodeled and furnished to please any cook. It is fully equipped with all of your cooking necessities. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the serene garden courtyard. You will hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes 1 Gbps ultra fast wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows. The condominium building also performs annual maintenance and safety checks and may enter residential units for planned maintenance projects or in response to emergencies such as water leaks, fire, flood or other circumstances to perform repairs or inspections. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle. 3. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the roof top balcony of this apartment! Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time any of our building or listing amenities may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time. This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding.
