Come home from the slopes to relax in your own private hot tub under the stars! The great room features stylish modern decor, massive windows, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light. The large, open floor plan allows for plenty of comfortable seating by the fireplace in the great room, a dining table for 6, and a spacious, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The downstairs master suite is right off the dining room, and features it’s own fireplace, a large walk-in closet and direct access to the private deck and hot tub. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. The 2nd en-suite bedroom is upstairs, also has a walk-in closet and bathroom with a large enclosed shower. The 3rd en-suite bedroom, also upstairs, includes a twin over queen bunk, and combined tub/shower enclosure in the bathroom. Entering into the mudroom from the oversized, two-car garage, is a laundry closet w/ full-sized, stackable washer and dryer and spacious powder room. An expansive outdoor living space includes a deck with built-in benches, private hot tub and gas BBQ - a perfect space for lively outdoor entertaining, or just relaxing and enjoying the magnificent view! There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Names of all occupants and ages of minor children need to be provided at least 2 days prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence. Old Greenwood is right of of Hwy 80, one exit east of Hwy 267, so is easy access to Northstar, Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw), Lake Tahoe, numerous hiking and bike trails, or restaurants & shops in downtown Truckee. There are 2 parking spaces in garage, and one additional space in driveway. The golf course and the amenities at the Pavilion are just a short walk away! There is a free shuttle service both to and from Northstar in the winter and a shuttle to Gray’s Crossing in the summer, where you can either golf or eat at PJ’s and enjoy music on Tuesday evenings.
