A peaceful getaway near Medina Lake. Enjoy 55+ acres of rugged Hill Country terrain to hike or explore on foot during the day & in the evening enjoy a campfire or the view of the bright stars from the dark night sky! This listing INCLUDES the cabin (studio style 2 full beds) in addition to the Log House (2 bedroom). We supply all linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, just bring your groceries & the fun! 7 min drive to boat launch ($) on Medina Lake or 10 mins to Paradise Canyon. The space Enjoy 2 houses with your reservation! The first house is the log cabin, which is a 2 bedroom (1 queen & 1 king) authentic log house with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo), kitchen (everything but a dishwasher and ice maker), dining area (table for 6), living area (smart tv/dish network with 2 futons) and laundry room for your use during stay. The front porch faces the fire pit (please provide your own firewood) and our back porch has a charcoal BBQ grill (please provide your own), patio table seating for 6+ and views for miles! This listing also includes the 2nd studio style cabin that is about 150 ft to the west of the Log House. The Cabin features a main room with 2 twin beds, a full size bed, a small dining table for 4, TV/DVD player, kitchenette (full size cooktop, toaster oven, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, dishes/pots/pans), and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Guest access Enjoy over 55 acres of hiking and exploring on foot! The houses are located side by side behind 2 gates (1 electric and 1 manual) and down about 3/4 mile of a hilly rock road from the paved County Road. There is a small fence (split rail type, not to keep pets in) to keep livestock out near the house and parking is ample inside this fence.
