This listing INCLUDES the cabin (studio style 2 full beds) in addition to the Log House (2 bedroom). We supply all linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, just bring your groceries & the fun! The space NEW - Enjoy access ($)to SUNSET RESORT on Medina Lake 5 mins from the ranch! Sunset Resort offers a new concrete boat 🛥️ launch, pickleball and sand volleyball 🏐 courts, kayak rental and more! Check their website (sunsetresorttx) for events and activities! Enjoy 2 houses with your reservation! The first house is the log house, which is a 2 bedroom (1 queen & 1 king) authentic log house with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo), kitchen (everything but a dishwasher and ice maker), dining area (table for 6), living area (WiFi, smart tv/dish network with 2 futons) and laundry room (please bring your own soap) for your use during stay. The front porch faces the fire pit (we now provide firewood) and our back porch has a charcoal BBQ grill (please provide your own), patio table seating for 6+ and views for miles! This listing also includes the 2nd studio style cabin that is about 150 ft to the west of the Log House. The Cabin features a main room with 2 full size beds, a small dining table for 4, TV/DVD player (no WiFi), kitchenette (full size cooktop, toaster oven, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, dishes/pots/pans), and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Guest access Enjoy 3 acres of hiking and exploring on foot! The houses are located side by side behind an electric gate and down about 3/4 mile of a hilly, well maintained rock road from the paved County Road. There is a small fence (split rail type, not to keep pets in) for decoration. No UTV or Side by Sides or dirtbikes allowed No firearms or hunting or shooting of any kind. No smoking inside houses, no parties.
