Our pool company can access the pool equipment without having to enter the home and disturb you. ** Pool heat is included, no extra fees ** (Pool temps can be affected by ambient external-temperatures. In the winter months if there is cold weather, rain or snow, we cannot guarantee temps. Please be aware if the outdoor air temperature is in the 50s or below it is unlikely you will find it comfortable to go swimming.) Please be advised you are in the desert, it does get windy so things may fall in the pool during your stay even with these measures in place. We provide a net so that guests can skim the surface of the pool if needed.
