Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. *PETS - We do not accept pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. *PARKING - This rental does not include a designated parking space. During special events at the Plaza or Nelson-Atkins Museum, parking may be limited. We recommend planning accordingly, taking the Streetcar or using ride-share services when needed. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in.
