Inside is a modern space that's been remodeled top to bottom to a high level of quality and style, including a chef's kitchen and formal dining area. From the Kitchen is the back door leading to the first-floor deck where the gas grill is located and the fenced-in back yard with patio furniture. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom with king-size bed has an ensuite Full Master Bathroom. Bedroom #2 with a queen-size bed and Bedroom #3 with a full-size bed share Full Bathroom #2. Off the Master Bedroom Suite is the back door to the second-floor deck. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom #4 with the full-size bed and Bedroom #5 with the king-size bed share Full Bathroom #3. All the beds are super comfortable with memory foam mattresses. The basement has the Family Room and Full Bathroom #4. Besides the 2 large couches, there is a lot of room to put blow up mattresses for extra sleeping places. The basement door allows easy access to the back yard. The basement has a workstation with monitor where you can connect your laptop if you need a place to do some work. The 200 MB WiFi connection provides you internet access throughout the house. Big screen TVs in the Living Room and Family Room with full cable TV access to premium channels including movies and sports. The house is on a corner, so there is plenty of parking right next to the side of the house. There is also a gate in the fence from the side of the house that allows you direct access to the back yard and back door.
