The house is tucked back in a beautiful cove that is perfect for swimming and kayaking without the boat traffic of the main lake. The cove has tunnel access to the main lake under Curry Hwy. The lake levels fluctuate so larger boats will have difficulty passing. Duncan Marina is 4min drive if you wish to rent a boat for the day!! Guest access You will have access to the entire property (house, yard, decks, and dock all to yourself) Other things to note Access to main lake is through tunnel that has seasonal variations to water levels. Jet skis and fishing boats should be fine in most conditions but larger ski boats, pontoons, etc. will have a tougher time. Inquire with me if planning to bring a boat.
