The house has a private creek and a lounge area on the deck and side patio. It’s walking distance to The Venue at Winding Hills and 20 min from Lego Land! The space The house was recently constructed in November, 2021. It has an open layout with 4 spacious, private bedrooms, 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, a large finished/carpeted basement and ample closet space. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king-sized bed and an en suite large master bath, complete with a deep soak tub overlooking the private creek in the backyard. The basement bedroom offers additional privacy with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom and a TV/couch in the adjoining room. There is a mini fridge and dry kitchenette in the basement as well. Upstairs, there is a kid's room with 2 bunk beds (2 twin beds and 2 full-sized beds) and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is right next to another full bathroom with a tub and shower. We also have 2 extra toddler beds, a pack’ n’ play and an extra queen aero mattress for additional guests. The living space is an open layout so you can cook and spend time with everyone else at the same time. It is the PERFECT house for socializing and spending quality time with your loved ones. Guest access All rooms are accessible except a few closets that will be locked with our valuables and personal belongings. Other things to note The house is located inside a golf course. It’s 20 minutes from Lego land and Jellystone Park! Right across 17K is a great spot to hike, camp and sit by a breath taking lake.
