Beautiful recently ocean front Villa with direct access to the beach inside a condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi (non heated), tennis, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach aerea of Cancun´s hotel zone. High speed Wifi, Supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants in the other side of the road. Ac, Tv, balcony and a terrace facing the ocean. Parking lot for one car. Bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price). The space Stunning views from both levels (terrace in the ground floor and balcony in the bedroom). Our apartment is located in a beatiful beach aerea with many attractions within walking distance. "Kukulcan mall" across the street with a grocery store inside, Shopping mall "La Isla" a few steps away and many great restaurants. Also a convenience store 24/7 next to the condo. It has also a small stove if you want to cook something in the apartment and next to the main pool there is a Snack bar. Filtered water in the kitchen sink. Guest access You have free access to jacuzzis (non heated), pools, and can use lounge chairs by the pool. You have free and direct access to the beach. You are literally 10 steps from the beach. Other things to note Visitors are not allowed and we must follow Condominium rules Pets are not allowed Keys: You will have 2 set of keys in the keybox. Our advice is to use one and leave the other inside the keybox as a spare. Lost keys has a $25 usd fee.
