Location is within walking distance (just 500 steps!) to eateries, nightlife, shopping, and the Pacific Ocean. The home faces west, for coastal breezes from the ocean. It sits on top of the 3-car garage (back building) so you do not have any common walls with other neighbors. ***A small and gentle pet may be considered***. This beach rental is located on one level, and on the second floor, so you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. Laminate hard plank flooring throughout with an open floor plan. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, blackout shades, ceiling fan. One full bathroom with two sinks. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Very bright and airy, with two sofas in the living room, 50-inch flat screen TV, WIFI included. The tenant pays SDGE (gas and electric). This is a detached building. Note: For DOD contractors we will work with you to add in the cost of the SDGE as part of your rent payment. Outdoor patio with bistro set. The home comes with one long tandem parking space in the driveway, that is long enough for a large truck or two small cars. Additional parking and/or garage may be available for extra fee, ask the owner. Shared laundry room is on site and nearby the home.
