The space Serenity Cove Cottage As its name implies, Serenity Cove Cottage offers a peaceful Maine oceanfront retreat less than two miles from all that downtown Camden has to offer. This vacation house is tucked in amongst the pines, and situated on a private road with 120 feet of shorefront. The beach is quintessential Maine with both rocky and sandy portions and beautiful views of Penobscot Bay and the outer islands. It is accessed via a steep shared stairway. Camden Hills State Park with its extensive trail system for hikers and bikers is within walking distance of Serenity Cove Cottage. Serenity Cove is an air-conditioned contemporary beach house with an open floor plan. The large windows bring the light and views inside, while a deck off the living and dining areas looks out over the bay. The cottage is comfortably furnished, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms enhancing the ocean breeze. This is a seven-night minimum stay rental. THINGS TO KNOW The woodstove is not for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
