The space The home's open floor plan and many windows offer an abundance of natural light which creates a bright and cheerful atmosphere to gather with family and friends. The main living area boasts 20 ft vaulted ceilings as well as floor to ceiling windows. The adjacent granite kitchen with large center island is fully equipped to prepare home cooked meals and accommodates seating for 8 at the large dining table with 4 additional seats at the island. The first floor has 2 queen bedrooms, one of which has it's own en suite bathroom with large tiled walk in shower. An additional full bath with walk in shower and powder room are also located on the first floor. The second floor landing provides a small loft area with a large built in storage bench and a desk that overlooks the 1st floor living space. The perfect place to use your laptop without missing any of the conversation happening down below. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bunk and twin trundle beds for a total of 4 guests. A full upstairs bathroom with walk in shower is shared between these 2 bedrooms. Outside, within the privacy of the fenced in yard, you'll find a paver patio with Adirondack chairs that face a fire pit as well as a gas grill. Refresh from a day at the beach with the convenience of the outdoor shower. The front screened in porch, another great gathering spot, can be accessed from both the outside as well as from the inside kitchen area. The porch is always a perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while letting the coastal breeze put your mind at ease. Downstairs is the laundry room and additional storage space. For security purposes, there is a Ring camera system located in the front of the home which monitors the driveway and street. Guest access Rental includes use of all areas of the home including yard. Other things to note This home rents from Saturday-Saturday in the prime season (June - August). Off season rentals require a 2 night minimum stay.
